All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders may take a minimum of 10 business days before your delivery arrives. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and another 3 to 5 business days for delivery. However, shipment may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We ask for your patience and allow additional days for shipment and delivery. In the event that we are experiencing significant delays in getting your order to you, we will contact you via email or telephone. Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Business Days are defined as official working weekdays, Monday through Friday, and Public Holidays are excluded.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are based on weight and region. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this moment, we are currently unable to process rush or overnight services. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Free Shipping & Discounts
Free Shipping may be available during specific sales or promotions. Discounts do not apply to "Shipping Costs."
Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
At this time, Temple Body Butter, LLC only ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii included, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Once your shipment confirmation has been sent there will be No Refund or Cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Temple Body Butter, LLC is not responsible or liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the USPS. False claims of missing package WILL NOT be honored. Neither are we responsible or liable for any packages not received due to invalid, incorrect or misspelled addresses. Please confirm that your address is correct, spelled correctly and that your package is being delivered to a safe location. We DO NOT refund or replace stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, a refund will be issued. We do not re-ship.
Out of Stock & Delivery
Temple Body Butter makes a strong effort to maintain every item is in stock and available upon request. Due to the unexpected demand for a particular item(s), we may be temporarily out of stock at the time of order. If this happens, we will make every effort to guarantee that your order is filled quickly and completely.
Temple Body Butter, LLC currently does not ship internationally.
No Exchange & No Refund
Temple Body Butter, LLC. has a No Exchange & No Refund Policy. Replaced items and refunds are based upon a complete investigation. Exchanges are not allowed.
Damage to product/package in transit is always a possibility. It's out of our control how carriers handle a package in our absence, but we can guarantee you that all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with details and pictures of the product and the defect. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. After 48 hours we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. All original packing materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes. You can send the item you consider damaged to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5-10 business days as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage.
What to do if you receive a damaged product:
Send a very clear picture of the damages
Include your order number
Give us 72 hours to file a claim with the carrier. Once that process is completed a decision is made as to whether to refund or replace the product
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Shipping A Returned Item
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once an order has been successfully placed, (all customers automatically receive a "Thank you for your order" confirmation sent to their email used at checkout) and has been placed in Que with shipping and handling, no cancellations are accepted at this point. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please reject the package at delivery with the courier or immediately return the package, unopened using a prepaid slip. Upon receipt, you will be issued a refund. Please see "Replaced/Refunded Item" and "Shipping a Returned Item."
We take every precaution necessary to make sure your products arrive to you damage-free and without melting. Reliable insulated packages are very costly and unfortunately, that cost will have to be passed on to our customers. Even if we do offer insulated packaging, there is no guarantee that product melting will not occur. We find that product melt typically occurs during the months of late May and early September. If melting does occur simply refrigerate for one to two hours and remove and place at room temperature. Even in its melted state, the butter can still be used and maintain all its beneficial properties. Please consider the following before placing an order:
Be mindful of your year-round climate
Monitor your tracking number for delivery time/date
Remove package from mailbox promptly
Have your package shipped to a location with air conditioning or to someone who is home and able to accept your package
